- Hunt & Close: aggressively prospect for new business using cold outreach, networking, and referral systems to expand our market share.
- Sell the Vision: Present and close comprehensive proposals for recurring revenue contracts and large-scale integrated systems.
- Own the Territory: manage the full sales lifecycle—from the first handshake to the final system handover—ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.
