We are seeking a dedicated and experienced part-time cleaner to join our team for two visits per month. Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of designated residential or commercial spaces during scheduled visits, ensuring all areas meet sanitation standards.
- Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures, including dusting, surface cleaning, floor care, carpet cleaning, and outdoor work as needed.
- Use appropriate cleaning equipment and detergents safely and effectively to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Manage laundry tasks where applicable, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens or clothing.
- Maintain cleanliness of floors through sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and detailed floor care techniques.
- Follow manual handling protocols when lifting heavy objects or moving furniture to prevent injury.
- Communicate professionally with clients to understand specific needs and provide excellent customer service during each visit.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, custodial work, janitorial services, or housekeeping management.
- Knowledge of cleaning surfaces, sanitation procedures, and the proper use of cleaning detergents and equipment.
- Strong time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within scheduled visits.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle outdoor work environments comfortably.
- Excellent client communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Familiarity with carpet cleaning techniques and outdoor maintenance is a plus.
- Reliable transportation to ensure punctuality for scheduled visits.

Pay: $24.66 - $29.69 per hour
