We are looking for an accomplished Technical Project Manager to lead the implementation of a Salesforce based application within the Insurance Industry. Responsibilities
- Deliver advisory services to some of the most innovative client organizations
- Lead large-scale workstreams requiring expertise in Salesforce Financial Cloud
- Implement an Agency Management Solution designed for the Insurance sector
- Manage onshore and offshore teams to deliver Salesforce solutions effectively
- Drive Salesforce transformation, advisory, or consulting engagements with proven success in dynamic environments
- Oversee multiple full lifecycle Salesforce implementations
- Execute and guide teams on Agile best practices
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal, leadership, and negotiation skills
- Inspire and motivate cross-functional teams toward excellence
- Exhibit persistence, motivation, and a results-oriented mindset
- Communicate effectively with outstanding verbal, written, and presentation skills
- 5 years of experience in Salesforce project delivery
- Proven experience with Salesforce Financial Cloud
- Experience with Insurance Agency Management Applications is highly desirable
- Knowledge of Insurance Carrier Integrations is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field
