Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, maintain, and enhance Dynamics 365 and Power Platform applications.
- Provide advanced technical support for Dynamics 365 platforms.
- Lead and perform project activities including requirements gathering, planning, analysis, design, testing, implementation, documentation, and maintenance.
- Develop, test, and deploy application releases, updates, and modifications following SEM.
- Design and document technical architecture solutions across multiple platforms, including system integration and authentication.
- Define, communicate, and manage CI/CD and release management processes for Dynamics 365 technology initiatives.
- Identify technical risks and issues and support resolution activities.
- Perform customer analysis and requirements gathering.
- Troubleshoot complex application issues and provide application support.
- Prepare detailed technical documentation, reports, presentations, and written instructions.
- Communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- 5 years of experience with Dynamics 365 and Power Platform implementations.
- 3 years of architecture experience.
- 5 years of experience with Power Platform solutions, including Power Automate and Power Pages.
- Experience with the Microsoft Azure platform.
- 5 years of Azure DevOps experience.
- 3 years of data architecture experience.
- 5 years of infrastructure, network, and application support experience.
- Experience with CI/CD and release management.
- Experience with Azure Communications and APIs.
- 5 years of Technical Customer Service Analyst experience.
- 5 years of experience with MS Dynamics, MS Azure, and application support.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
