Salesforce Technical Architect
Overview / Summary
We are seeking a Salesforce Technical Architect to design and implement Salesforce solutions while ensuring performance, security, and integration with other systems. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders, guiding technical teams, and staying updated on Salesforce releases and features.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate business requirements into technical designs using Salesforce best practices to create scalable and efficient solutions.
- Lead the implementation of complex Salesforce projects, including custom development, integrations, and data migrations.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, and development teams to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers and team members.
- Ensure Salesforce systems perform optimally, remain secure, and adhere to compliance standards.
- Stay updated on Salesforce releases and identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, coding standards, and project plans.
- Communicate with clients to understand needs, define requirements, and deliver successful solutions.
- Mentor and train team members by sharing expertise and best practices.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues to ensure system stability and reliability.
- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce technologies, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and related applications.
- Strong experience designing and implementing complex Salesforce solutions.
- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Flows, and related technologies.
- Experience with data modeling and Salesforce integrations.
- Experience working in the healthcare domain.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and technical troubleshooting abilities.
- Understanding of business processes and technology-driven process improvement.
- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Application Architect, Platform Developer I, and Sales Cloud Consultant are preferred.
