Job Description:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable and reliable automated test solutions using Playwright with C# for modern web applications.
- Build and enhance automation frameworks that support functional, regression, smoke, cross-browser, API, and end-to-end testing.
- Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and QA team members in an Agile environment to ensure high-quality software delivery. Integrate automated tests into CI CD pipelines and actively participate in test planning, test case design, execution, and defect tracking.
- Analyze test results, report issues clearly, and support timely defect resolution.
- Maintain test documentation, automation metrics, and reports while continuously improving automation strategies, tools, and best practices.
- Strong hands-on experience with Playwright automation using C# and a solid understanding of .NET technologies.
- Proven experience in web application test automation with a strong grasp of software testing concepts, SDLC, and STLC.
- Experience working with CI CD tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins, along with proficiency in version control systems like Git.
- Knowledge of cross-browser testing, handling dynamic web elements, and working effectively in Agile or Scrum environments.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with clear communication abilities and a strong focus on quality.
- Experience with API testing using tools such as Postman, RestSharp, or Playwright API testing.
- Familiarity with BDD frameworks like SpecFlow or Cucumber.
- Basic knowledge of performance or security testing concepts.
- Exposure to cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS and experience with Docker or test containerization.
- Relevant QA or test automation certifications are a plus.
