Job Summary
Fremont Automation is a family-owned machine design and build company making high-tech innovations for food processing. Our crew is small, sharp, and serious about solving problems—and we’re on the hunt for an organized, Office Coordinator with some QuickBooks experience to keep us on track.
Your day-to-day:
· AP/AR, payroll, bank recs, month-end reporting
· Handle invoicing, cash flow, and tax prep
· Answer phones, greet guests, and keep things running smoothly
· Support the CEO, Manager, and team with admin tasks
Must-haves:
· Some QuickBooks Desktop Experience
· Spreadsheet skills (Excel Google Sheets)
· Ability to use online tools with ease
· Independent, adaptable, detail-obsessed
· Solid communication a good sense of humor
· Ability to adapt to our environment and work toward exceeding expectations
Perks:

· $24–$28/hr. starting wage
