You will be responsible for solution architecture, delivery oversight, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership while ensuring solutions meet compliance, accuracy, and scalability requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Solution Ownership
- Lead design & delivery of AI solutions for Reports Analysis and Auto-Generated Memos.
- Architect end-to-end AI pipelines: ingestion → validation → agentic flows → human-in-loop review → publishing.
- Define and enforce prompt engineering strategies and agent orchestration frameworks.
- Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with Investor Relations, Compliance, and Underwriting teams.
- Translate business pain points into AI-enabled solutions with measurable ROI.
- Provide governance & compliance alignment (SOX, privacy, AI ethics).
- Technical Leadership
- Select, design, and tune LLMs, OCR engines, and ML models (Claude, GPT, AWS Bedrock, layout-aware extractors).
- Define and implement data quality & assurance frameworks (confidence scoring, abstention, exception flows).
- Guide deployment architectures in secure production environments.
- Team Management
- Mentor and guide a distributed team of AI engineers and data scientists.
- Establish MLOps practices for model monitoring, drift detection, retraining.
- Ensure delivery of high-quality, reusable frameworks (e.g., Template Repository, Prompt Library).
- Technical Expertise
- Strong in NLP, LLMs, Document AI, Agentic AI architectures.
- Expertise in OCR (AWS Textract, Tesseract, PaddleOCR), schema mapping, and extraction models.
- Proven experience with prompt engineering & orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph etc.).
- Proficiency in cloud-native AI deployments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Strong grounding in data validation, compliance, and governance frameworks.
- Leadership Competencies
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams across onshore/offshore delivery models.
- Strong executive communication & client engagement skills.
- Strategic thinker with a track record of delivering enterprise-scale AI programs.
- Education
- Master’s/PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or related field.
- Certifications in AI/Cloud platforms (AWS ML Specialty, Azure AI Engineer) preferred.
