Position Summary
The National Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth and strengthening the company’s market position through the leadership of national sales operations. This role requires securing and expanding relationships with key customers, directing both internal and external sales teams, and collaborating closely with the Marketing Department to support new product development. The National Sales Manager will also identify growth opportunities, oversee sales channel development, and ensure consistent delivery of sales performance to senior management.
Key Responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with top customers to drive growth, retention, and customer satisfaction.
- Lead, manage, and evaluate the performance of the national sales department, including internal sales teams and external representatives.
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies aligned with company goals and evolving market opportunities.
- Partner with the Marketing Department to support new product development, integrating market insights and customer needs into product initiatives.
- Identify new business opportunities and oversee the development and expansion of sales channels nationwide.
- Deliver regular sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses to senior leadership.
- Build and sustain a high-performance sales culture by coaching, training, and motivating the sales organization.
