This role is responsible for designing integrated smart home systems, including home entertainment, networking, automation, lighting, security, and climate control solutions tailored to client needs. Qualifications

- Ability to read and create technical drawings, system schematics, and configuration documentation.
- Strong customer-facing skills, including clear communication, active listening, and professional in-home consultation.
- Organizational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple installations and timelines.
- Comfort working on-site with tools and equipment, including safe use of ladders and handling devices such as TVs, speakers, and racks.
- Familiarity with major smart home and AV brands; experience with authorized dealer environments is a plus.
- Relevant experience in home automation, AV installation, or system design; trade certifications or manufacturer training are beneficial.
