What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales associate - North Region position at HT Hackney?
As one of the largest wholesale distributors in the U.S., HT Hackney services over 30,000 retail customers and stocks over 25,000 products. We are currently looking for a Sales Associate to join our team.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS: This individual would be responsible for calling on established customers, conducting sales presentations and developing new business. This position is for your own territory.
REQUIREMENTS: We are currently looking for an entry level candidate with a sales or marketing background or equivalent degree. Strong communication and organizational skills are necessary along with a strong commitment to customer service.
Valid Driver's License Required. Must be willing to travel in and around the Upper Peninsula and Northern Michigan, with overnight stays as necessary. Must be willing to travel to Grand Rapids, Michigan monthly for Friday sales meetings. This is a traveling position.
This position is salaried, and comes with a company car after training. Full benefit package is available after 90 days.
