Responsibilities
clean and sanitize totes using appropriate cleaning agents and equipment, following all safety procedures.
- Handle chemical agents safely, including mixing, applying, and disposing of cleaning chemicals in accordance with chemical handling safety protocols.
- Perform heavy lifting and manual labor to move totes and cleaning supplies as needed throughout the facility.
- Adhere strictly to sanitation standards, GMP guidelines, and food safety regulations during all cleaning activities.
- Use personal protective equipment (PPE) such as gloves, masks, goggles, and respiratory protection to ensure safety during cleaning processes.
- Conduct routine inspections of totes for damage or contamination, reporting issues promptly for maintenance or replacement.
- Maintain detailed records of cleaning activities, chemical usage, and safety checks to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physical tasks including heavy lifting, standing for extended periods, and manual cleaning duties.
