The receptionist will report directly to the distribution facility Office Manager and Customer Service Manager. The receptionist will perform various duties in regard to handling customer service as well.
Duties
- Greet visitors and clients warmly, providing exceptional front desk customer service
- Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls efficiently and professionally
- Handling customer complaints.
- Handling customer credits.
- Reaching out to customers regarding online ordering.
- Data Entry
- Filing
- Communicating with various departments regarding issues
Requirements
- Proven experience in office management, clerical work, or customer service roles
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and data entry skills
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills with professional phone etiquette and customer support experience
- Ability to manager one's own time.
- Active listening and critical thinking skills.
- Be a self starter and take initiative, such as implementing more efficient processes.

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
