This is a high-visibility role working directly with the CEO/Managing Partner and senior leadership.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide legal counsel on healthcare regulatory and compliance matters, including HIPAA, Stark Law, Anti-Kickback Statute, False Claims Act, and CMS/DOH regulations.Draft, review, and negotiate provider agreements, vendor contracts, employment agreements, and compliance-related documents.Support clients during audits, investigations, surveys, and corrective action plans.Advise on corporate transactions in the healthcare space, including acquisitions, practice transitions, joint ventures, and licensure issues.Conduct legal research, prepare memoranda, and deliver clear guidance to healthcare executives and operators.Work closely with internal compliance teams and senior management to mitigate risk and strengthen regulatory programs.QualificationsJD from an accredited law school; active Bar admission 5–10 years of healthcare regulatory, compliance, or transactional experience.Strong knowledge of federal and state healthcare laws and regulations.Excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver practical business-focused legal advice.2.
