What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute direct mail list strategies to support political and nonprofit fundraising campaigns.
- Analyze donor data to identify high-performing segments and improve campaign results.
- Collaborate with account managers, writers, and account teams to ensure strategy and messaging are aligned.
- Review and interpret campaign performance to inform future recommendations.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions, test designs, and post-campaign reviews.
- Meet deadlines with precision—every time.
What We’re Looking For
- 2 years of experience in data analysis, audience segmentation, list strategy, or direct response marketing (ideally in political or fundraising contexts)
- Strong Excel skills; familiarity with SQL or other analytics tools is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight timelines.
- Deep understanding of conservative values and a passion for using data to advance them.
- A self-starter mindset—you take ownership, ask smart questions, and push for results.
