What You Will Do:

Inspect incoming materials, in-process parts, and finished products for defects or deviations from specifications.

Use measuring tools (calipers, gauges, tape measures, etc.) to verify dimensions and quality.

Document inspection results and maintain accurate records.

Communicate quality issues or non-conformance to supervisors or appropriate departments.

Assist with identifying recurring quality concerns and improvement opportunities.

Follow all safety and quality procedures at all times.

Perform additional duties as assigned.
What You Bring:

Must be at least 18 years of age.

Previous manufacturing experience preferred, but not required—training provided.

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written or verbal instructions.

Ability to read and use a tape measure and other inspection tools.

Basic math skills for measurements and recordkeeping.

Effective communication skills for reporting quality issues.
