What You Will Do:

Assemble furniture components and finished products by following standard work, drawings, visual standards, and instructions.

Safely use approved hand tools, small power tools, fixtures, equipment, and production materials.

Fit, align, join, finish, and prepare components to meet quality and workmanship standards.

Check parts, materials, colors, product configurations, and completed work for accuracy, fit, appearance, and secure attachment.

Record production counts, labels, quality information, and other required documentation accurately and on time.

Stage materials and completed products carefully to prevent damage, contamination, or mix-ups.

Rotate among trained line functions as production, staffing, and workflow needs change.

Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow safety, PPE, housekeeping, and 6S expectations.
What You Bring:
-
At least one year of manufacturing experience; furniture, seating, upholstery, or similar assembly experience is preferred.

Ability to read and follow work orders, drawings, visual standards, and written or verbal instructions.

Comfort using common hand tools, small power tools, fixtures, and basic measuring devices.

Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and recording production information.

A reliable, punctual, quality-focused approach and the ability to work well as part of a production team.

High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
