What You Will Do
- Analyze and improve manufacturing processes to increase productivity and reduce waste
- Develop and maintain process flow diagrams, routing structures, and Bills of Materials (BOMs)
- Establish standard work, cycle times, and line balancing to support production goals
- Lead Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives
- Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities across labor, materials, and operations
- Support new product launches, pilot builds, and production validations
- Develop and maintain SOPs, work instructions, and process documentation
- Partner with cross-functional teams to solve complex manufacturing challenges
- Monitor key performance metrics and drive corrective actions when needed
- Support compliance with quality standards including ISO 9001 and IATF 16949
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical, or related Engineering field
- 5–10 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, industrial engineering, or process improvement
- Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement methodologies
- Experience developing process documentation, BOMs, routings, and standard work
- Proficiency with CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar)
- Experience with ERP/MRP systems and engineering change management
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
- Automotive or IATF 16949 experience is a plus
