What You Will Do:
- Support daily operation of industrial robots and automated production cells
- Troubleshoot robot faults, alarms, and cycle interruptions to keep production moving
- Assist with robot programming, teach pendant operation, and path adjustments
- Work with EOAT (grippers, vacuum systems, actuators) and peripheral equipment
- Help integrate robotic systems with PLCs, conveyors, sensors, and vision systems
- Support installation, startup, and commissioning of robotic equipment
- Monitor performance and drive continuous improvements in cycle time and quality
- Maintain documentation for robot programs and system updates
What You Bring:
- Associate’s degree in Robotics, Mechatronics, Automation, or related field (preferred)
- 4 years of experience with robotic or automated systems
- Exposure to platforms like FANUC, ABB, KUKA, or Yaskawa
- Basic understanding of robot programming and teach pendant operation
- Ability to read schematics, robot layouts, and automation drawings
- Experience with PLC environments and industrial automation systems (preferred)
- Strong troubleshooting skills and a passion for learning
