Job Title: Project Scheduler (Wastewater Projects – Visit Based)

Job Summary:
The Project Scheduler will support wastewater projects on a visit basis, focusing on schedule development, progress validation, and delay analysis. The role requires strong expertise in planning tools and the ability to provide accurate insights and recovery solutions during periodic site engagements.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain the CPM baseline and updates using Primavera P6.
- Prepare look-ahead, phase, and recovery schedules.
- Collect field progress and perform weekly/monthly schedule updates.
- Analyze critical path, float, and schedule impacts, and support Time Impact Analysis (TIA) as needed.
- Coordinate with the Owner, Project Manager, Superintendents, and trade partners on sequencing and milestones.
- Prepare schedule narratives and progress reports after each visit.
- Support change management, delay mitigation, and schedule recovery efforts.
- Conduct periodic site visits to validate actual progress versus planned.
- Identify risks, delays, and recommend corrective and recovery actions.
- Support EOT (Extension of Time) claims and delay analysis when required.
Job Requirements:Knowledge:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Primavera or project management certifications are a plus.
Skills:
- Strong proficiency in Primavera P6 (mandatory).
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel for reporting and analysis.
- Strong understanding of wastewater and infrastructure projects.
- Expertise in CPM scheduling, delay analysis, and recovery planning.
- Strong reporting and analytical skills.
- Good command of English.

- Ability to work independently in a consultancy/visit-based setup.
- Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to assess site progress efficiently during visits.
- Flexibility to travel between project sites.
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: Up to $100.00 per hour
