Summary:
This position is responsible for managing spare parts inventory, ensuring accurate receiving and issuance of materials, maintaining inventory accuracy, and providing administrative support to the Maintenance Department.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
- Receive, inspect, store, and issue spare parts in accordance with company procedures.
- Maintain proper location control and organization of spare parts inventory.
- Manage consumables inventory and ensure adequate stock levels.
- Conduct regular and cycle inventory audits (scheduled and unscheduled).
- Maintain warehouse safety standards, labeling, and posted notice management.
- Utilize the Maintenance Management System to track inventory transactions and updates.
- Provide maintenance administrative support including document control, filing, printing, and updates.
Required Qualification:
- High school diploma or GED (General Education Development)
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented manufacturing environment.
- Basic skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to accurately manage inventory records and documentation.
- Strong commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bilingual (Korean and English)
- Previous experience in warehouse management, spare parts control, or inventory operations.

- Frequent movement throughout the work area, including walking and use of stairs, may be required.
Physical & Mental Demands:
- Production site: Must wear company-provided uniform and PPE including safety shoes, helmet, safety glasses, mask, and gloves.
Work Environment:
- Usual warehouse in production building and production areas. (Including office area)
- Depending on the storage location, PPE including masks, may be required.
- The environment may include exposure to machinery noise and odors associated with raw materials or products.
- Flexibility to work at different warehouse locations in site by company needs.
