Job Description
Provides administrative support to the assigned department in the Engineering Division. Coordinates with other internal areas and completes tasks & projects as assigned by the Senior Vice President, Regional AVP/Director(s), Field Supervisor(s), and Operations leadership.
Education and Experience
- High School graduate or equivalent, Associates or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 5 years Administrative experience
- HR experience is a plus
Knowledge and Skills
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong organization skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent documentation skills
- Excellent time management skills/Able to meet deadlines
- Possess a high level of initiative, self-motivation and work independently
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); Snag-It, PeopleSoft, Adobe
