Delivers distinctive customer service that builds and maintains strong, mutually beneficial partnerships with Key Accounts, creating differentiation in the market. Works in concert with business partners in Portfolio Risk Solutions, Custom Risk Solutions and within Claims to execute the fundamental pillars of the Strategic Account Management Model. Acts as the claims key point of contact relative to Key Client Company interactions. As the claims subject matter expert, the CCAM is an active influential member of the client integration team.

Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree with related claims experience. MBA preferred.
- 5 years of insurance claim experience in personal lines claims. preferred
- Experience in leading and managing all levels of staff relative to experience, tenure and professional development.
- Strong leadership skills in terms of driving customer integration, HSB client collaboration
- Sound analytical skills in terms of functional, technical and financial information.
- Understand and effectively analyze HSB coverage forms.
- Intermediate knowledge of Data Management & Analytics.
- Excellent customer focus and ability to partner with internal and external customers including, but not limited to Legal, Client Companies, Marketing and Underwriting.
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Flexibility and willingness to work in a fast paced, rapidly changing environment.
- Ability to foster teamwork to include conflict resolution, personal and team accountability, openness to influence and team commitment
