What You Will Do
- Process customer communications and incoming and outgoing mail in a responsible, timely and accurate manner
- Process printing and mailing requests from internal customers and assist with more complex printing and mailing requests
- Participate in project testing or as subject matter expert as required
- Assist in training new Delivery Services employees
- Assist in updating department procedures
- Prioritize and perform multiple tasks at the same time
- Take ownership of escalated issues and report systems or policy issues to appropriate parties.
- Act as an advocate for the customer by submitting feedback through appropriate channels.
- Consistently meet/exceed all customer service standards
- Model behavior consistent with HSA Bank customer service standards, policies and procedures.
- Other duties as assigned by Supervisor/Manager
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Word
- Strong customer service skills

- H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
- Continuing education in Business or Finance preferred
- 2 years’ experience in an office clerical function, in a financial or healthcare setting and/or mailroom preferred
