What You Will Do
- Responsible for supporting the driving of revenue, balance and account growth within assigned territory.
- Helps to create and deepen relationships with internal and external business partners within the territory.
- Schedules meetings and appointments as needed with the assigned consultant community.
- Interacts with brokers and consultants via email, telephone, and on-line meetings/events.
- Travels to and attends meetings/industry events as required.
- Requires understanding of health care benefit products and services.
- Salesforce knowledge preferred.
- Proven ability to prioritize work and requests.
- High level of detail.
- Strong Customer Service skills.
- Must have experience with interacting with individuals at all levels of an organization.
- H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
- Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) preferred
- 3-4 years years of Client Facing/Customer Service required
- Benefit consultant experience preferred

Salary : $70,000 - $78,000
