Key Responsibilities
- Participate in the development of project planning, coordination and implementation.
- Analyzes Organization’s operations to understand their strengths and weaknesses to determine opportunities to improve or automate processes and functions, specifically to drive success and satisfaction for Health Plan Clients.
- Identifies, analyzes, documents, and improves existing business processes.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Support the development and implementation of data-driven strategies to enhance project performance and customer satisfaction.
- Works on multiple projects as a project team member, occasionally as a project leader.
- Help investigate internal & external queries with regard to client requirements.
- Strong documentation skills; assist with Business Requirement Document development.
- High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel skills. Prepare schedules and produce monthly/quarterly reports.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate ideas and feedback in a constructive way.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Familiarity with health care operations, provider data, and claims data preferred.
- Minimum 2 years health care industry experience.
