Duties
- Lead and supervise restoration teams, ensuring all tasks are performed to project specifications.
- Coordinate project timelines, resources, and personnel to meet deadlines while maintaining quality standards.
- Oversee cleaning, laundry, custodial tasks, and other maintenance activities during the restoration process.
- Manage client communication, providing updates on project progress and addressing any concerns promptly.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry regulations throughout all phases of the project.
- Conduct site inspections to monitor work quality, cleanliness, and adherence to project plans.
- Maintain detailed documentation of project activities, including logs of cleaning procedures, supplies used, and staff assignments.
Requirements
- Proven supervising experience in restoration management roles.
- Strong management skills with the ability to lead teams effectively in fast-paced environments.
- Knowledge of IICRC Standards.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with excellent communication skills.
