Key Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 Budget development within the first 90 days.
- Own day-to-day finance operations: cash management, AP oversight, and outsourced accounting.
- Strengthen internal controls, compliance, and monthly close accuracy.
- Build and manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow processes (transition to rolling forecasts).
- Partner with the CEO on growth strategy, fundraising, and investor/bank relations.
- Implement business analytics and AI tools to enhance reporting and decision-making.
- Act as a financial storyteller, translating data into clear, actionable insights for leadership and operators.
Candidate Profile
- 10 years of progressive finance and accounting leadership; restaurant/hospitality or multi-unit industry experience strongly preferred.
- Tech-savvy: ERP (Microsoft Dynamics 365 a plus), Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
- Leadership style that balances strategic vision with hands-on execution.
