We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Junior Business Analyst to support reporting, data organization, and operational analysis in a fast-paced distribution environment. Responsibilities
- Organize and maintain large datasets related to inventory, sales, and financial reporting
- Build and improve reports using Microsoft Excel and Power BI
- Analyze inventory, COGS, and FIFO data
- Ensure accurate customer coding and data classification
- Support reporting deadlines and compliance requirements
- Identify discrepancies, clean data, and improve reporting accuracy
- Assist with process improvements and reporting efficiency
Requirements
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills (formulas required)
- High attention to detail and analytical thinking
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working with large datasets and repetitive analysis
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools
- Exposure to inventory or financial reporting (COGS, FIFO, etc.)
- Interest in commercial operations and distribution business models
