What you'll do
Serve as the primary point of contact for client updates on order status, production timelines, and delivery schedules
Coordinate with internal departments, manufacturers, and vendors to monitor and move projects forward
Maintain accurate records of project milestones, production updates, and client communications
Proactively flag delays or bottlenecks and support resolution across teams
Assist with tracking metrics, reporting, and improving team workflows and operational processes
Build strong client relationships through consistent, proactive communication and responsive follow-through
Salary : $60,000 - $65,000
