We are seeking an experienced Account Services Representative to join our growing team. Account Services Representatives are a critical part of our daily operations, serving as the primary point of contact for customers while supporting internal production teams. The ideal candidate is a reliable, high-performing team player with a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Communicate daily with customers, account executives, and production staff regarding project status, changes, timelines, and any additional information required.
- Accurately gather and confirm all job requirements from customers prior to production.
- Enter detailed job instructions into manufacturing systems and verify that jobs are properly queued within the production schedule.
- Coordinate with vendors, production staff, and customers to ensure proper production and timely delivery of products.
- Identify and resolve customer job issues by working with appropriate departments and recommending solutions to ensure high-quality production and customer satisfaction.
- Track and tally final production runs and completed work to assemble accurate paperwork for billing purposes.
- Participate in daily production meetings and other business activities aimed at improving overall business performance.
- Maintain customer records by updating account and job-related information.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Account Services Manager and/or Sales personnel.
- Coordinate with production, warehouse, shipping departments, and common carriers to expedite or track customer shipments.
