Legacy Health Care Center is looking to hire a Full Time Resident Care Coordinator! This is a salaried position and offers opportunities for bonuses!
Responsibilities:
- Work alongside the Director of Nursing
- Monitor daily work assignments for completion and accuracy
- Provide training and direction to staff in accordance with facility policy
- Administer medications
- Obtain weights and vital signs
- Face checks and other protective oversight measures to ensure resident safety
- Assist with personal care needs
- Chart
- Interact with residents and address their needs and desires
- Report changes in resident's health and behavior
- Coordinate resident's care needs with providers and outside resources
- On call, staffing and scheduling
Skills:
- L1MA certification must be up to date
- Effective communicator
- Team player
- Customer service skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks
- Willingness to learn
- Desire to help people
- Familiarity with office equipment
- Exceptional attendance
