Days 7a-3p
Evenings 3p-11p
Nights 11p-7a
Responsibilities:
Administering medications
Obtaining vital signs
Charting
Engaging with residents
Communicating with staff
Keeping a resident-centered approach
Monitoring and reporting changes in condition
Assisting with ADLs
Answering call lights- Assisting with meal passes
- Light housekeeping when needed
