Medical Records Personnel – Full-Time
Schedule: Monday–Friday | Full-Time
HRW Companies is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Medical Records Personnel to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate resident medical records while ensuring compliance with all state, federal, and company regulations.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and organize resident medical records.
- Ensure documentation is complete, accurate, and filed promptly.
- Process admissions, discharges, and record requests.
- Assist with medical record audits and regulatory compliance.
- Protect resident confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
- Work closely with nursing staff, physicians, and administration.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in medical records or healthcare administration preferred.
- Knowledge of electronic medical records (EMR) systems is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and general computer applications.
