What are the responsibilities and job description for the Medical Records Clerk position at Bootheel Behavioral Health?
Qualifications:
- Must possess at least a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Preference given to those with computer and medical records experience.
Duties:
- Monitor, file, and scan records for charts.
- Assist with requests for records.
- Assist with monitoring of charts when necessary.
- 3 pm print doctor schedules and pull charts for next day.
- Pull peer review charts when necessary.
- Assist the Medical Records Supervisor with any job duties.
- Other duties as assigned.
