Position Job Duties
- Assist customers with DEERS/RAPIDS enrollment and CAC/USID card issuance
- Maintain accurate personnel records and documents in ARMS and other AF systems
- Perform system updates in accordance with Air Force policies and DoD guidelines
- Verify eligibility and identity of customers requesting access to personnel services
- Schedule and manage customer appointments and walk-ins
- Provide timely and professional customer service to military personnel and families
- Troubleshoot DEERS/RAPIDS system issues and escalate as needed
- Follow established procedures to ensure information security and privacy compliance
- Maintain operational readiness of RAPIDS workstation equipment under SSM guidance
- Support additional MPF administrative tasks as assigned
- Must hold a favorable NACI (Tier 1) background investigation
- Secret clearance preferred
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in personnel administration, DEERS/RAPIDS, or DoD support services
- Must have completed DEERS/RAPIDS and Site Security Manager (SSM) training
- Familiarity with Air Force HR systems such as ARMS, MILPDS, and myFSS preferred
- Excellent interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills
- Ability to maintain professionalism in a high-paced military environment
