Position Description: The Asset Manager will be responsible for the procurement, transportation, receipt, storage, and inventory management of technical assets. This role involves maintaining proficiency with mobile/warehouse logistics systems and coordinating IT financial planning and tracking to ensure project alignment.
Position Responsibilities:
- Manage materials throughout the lifecycle, including procurement, transportation, receipt, storage, inventory, and warehouse management.
- Oversee and track Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) used within the Department of Defense domain.
- Execute IT financial planning and tracking to ensure budgetary compliance and asset accountability.
- Implement and maintain secure supply chain best practices to protect sensitive defense technologies.
- Utilize mobile and warehouse logistics systems to maintain real-time visibility of asset status and location.
- Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure logistics support meets mission requirements.
Required Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant logistics experience, preferably within the DoD.
