Position Description: This role involves managing the end-to-end delivery of Workday ERP initiatives within the Finance domain. The Program Manager will be responsible for coordinating cross-functional teams, mitigating risks, and ensuring that project dependencies and schedules are strictly managed to achieve successful deployment and optimization.
Position Responsibilities:
- Manage overall project schedules, deliverables, and milestones for Workday ERP initiatives within the Finance domain.
- Identify, track, and mitigate project risks and complex cross-functional dependencies.
- Ensure the successful delivery of ERP capabilities aligned with enterprise finance requirements.
