Executive Summary: HRUCKUS is looking for an experienced ERP Program Manager - Finance to oversee schedules, risks, dependencies, and delivery for the Workday ERP Finance functional domain.

Position Description: This role involves managing the end-to-end delivery of Workday ERP initiatives within the Finance domain. The Program Manager will be responsible for coordinating cross-functional teams, mitigating risks, and ensuring that project dependencies and schedules are strictly managed to achieve successful deployment and optimization.

Position Responsibilities:

• Manage overall project schedules, deliverables, and milestones for Workday ERP initiatives within the Finance domain.
• Identify, track, and mitigate project risks and complex cross-functional dependencies.
• Ensure the successful delivery of ERP capabilities aligned with enterprise finance requirements.
• Coordinate with functional experts, IT teams, and business stakeholders to drive Workday adoption and process improvements.
• Provide regular status reporting and delivery metrics to senior leadership.

Required Qualifications:

• 11 years of proven experience as a Program Manager or Project Manager.
• Hands-on experience managing and delivering Workday or similar ERP implementations.
• Strong subject matter expertise within the Finance functional domain.
• Demonstrated ability to manage project schedules, risks, and dependencies.

Desired Qualifications:

• PMP, Agile, or related project management certifications.
• Prior experience working in a healthcare or hospital environment.
