Responsibilities:
· Meet operational objectives (upholding HRN values and standards, gross margins, job schedules)
· Organize and manage crews and subcontractors to maintain job flow and schedule
· Assist in job permits and design planning, following all protocols
· Attend all pre-construction and job planning meetings
· Maintain daily communication with client, crews, and Production Coordinator
· Strong understanding of all job scopes and documents
· Understanding and maintaining company software (Buildertrend, Dash)
· Maintain a safe and enjoyable work environment to retain and attract top talent
Qualifications:
· 3 years in restoration or construction industry
· Strong interpersonal skills
