About the Role:
As a Hartville Kitchen Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first point of contact in our office for guests, customers, and callers. This fast-paced position requires a friendly personality, strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask while maintaining a professional and welcoming presence.
What You'll Do:
- Greeting guests and visitors with warmth and professionalism
- Answer and direct incoming calls using a multi-line phone system
- Provide accurate information and assist callers with questions
- Route visitors and inquiries to the appropriate departments
- Process bakery and carry-out orders
- Take concert tickets and seasonal event orders
- Enter and maintain accurate information and records
- Create signage and assist with office-related projects
- Communicate with various departments to ensure smooth operations
- Assist with holiday meal orders and special promotions
- Handle multiple priorities while maintaining excellent customer service
