Position Summary
Top Advantage Surfaces is hiring a Customer Service & Commercial Quoting Coordinator. This role combines customer service leadership and commercial project quoting.
This position is ideal for someone who can handle difficult situations professionally, stay calm under pressure, solve problems, and communicate clearly with customers, dealers, installers, and internal teams.
You will help resolve job issues, coordinate solutions, and prepare commercial quotes for projects.
What You’ll Do
Customer Service & Issue Resolution
- Handle escalated customer and dealer issues
- Help resolve scheduling, service, quality, and job site concerns
- Lead difficult conversations professionally and calmly
- Work toward fair solutions for customers, dealers, and the company
- Document issues, decisions, and next steps
- Identify recurring issues and recommend process improvements
Job Site & Project Coordination
- Gather information to understand job site conditions and project scope
- Work with installers and production team to troubleshoot issues
- Communicate timelines, expectations, and next steps to customers and dealers
- Ensure issues are followed through to resolution
Commercial Quoting
- Prepare commercial quotes accurately and on time
- Review plans, measurements, scope, and specifications
- Clarify scope, assumptions, and exclusions in quotes
- Work with internal teams on pricing, materials, and lead times
- Help transition projects from quote to production
Team Collaboration
- Work closely with sales, scheduling, purchasing, fabrication, and installation
- Maintain professionalism and accountability
- Focus on long-term customer relationships and company standards
Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in customer service, operations, construction service, project coordination, or similar role
- Ability to handle difficult conversations and resolve conflict professionally
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
- Problem solver who can stay calm under pressure
- Comfortable working with customers, dealers, installers, and internal teams
Preferred Experience
- Countertops, stone, cabinetry, flooring, construction, remodeling, or trades
- Quoting or estimating experience
- Experience with quoting/order systems and basic Excel
