Part-Time Accounts Payable Specialist

HRM Enterprises is hiring a Part-Time Accounts Payable Specialist to support our corporate finance team by processing invoices, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring vendors are paid on time.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers, staying organized, and supporting a team behind the scenes.
Schedule
• 20 hours per week
• Monday through Friday
• No weekends

What You’ll Do
• Review and process vendor invoices and expense reports
• Match purchase orders to invoices and assign proper account coding
• Prepare and process vendor payments
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies
• Communicate with vendors and internal teams regarding payment questions
• Maintain organized financial records and filing systems
• Support the accounting team with general accounts payable and office duties
Qualifications
• Associate degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
• Or 2 years of accounts payable or related accounting experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
