(Parental Leave Cover) About the Role At Euronext, primarily based at Oslo Børs, you will lead Talent Acquisition and Onboarding across Norway, Sweden and Finland in a complex, matrix-based Nordic setup with multiple legal entities. This is a role for someone who thrives in cross-border stakeholder environments, regulatory frameworks and high-paced recruitment delivery, while also driving continuous improvement in TA and onboarding practices. What you will do: Lead recruitment processes end-to-end – across three Nordic countries, and multiple legal entities. Partner with hiring managers across our locations and secure stakeholder management in our matrix organization Ensure high-quality candidate experience from attraction to onboarding Drive and improve onboarding processes across entities Navigate differing local regulations and ensure compliance in our recruitment practises Collaborate with Nordic HR team to align and improve TA practices Contribute to HR projects and cross-border initiatives Who are we looking for? We are looking for someone with more than four years of experience from Talent Acquisition. You should have experience with end-to-end recruitment in fast-paced environments. It is important that you are comfortable working in matrix organizations and across multiple countries and that you are flexible and efficient in your way of working. In addition, you have strong organizational skills and take a proactive and collaborative approach.
