Are you ready to shape the future of capital markets? We are looking for a Listing Director to join the Listing team in Oslo, starting as soon as possible. You will report to the Head of Listing Nordics. As part of Primary Markets, the Listing team works closely with listed companies and those considering an IPO. We promote the benefits of listing, support clients throughout their journey, and drive initiatives across countries and sectors. You will primarily be responsible for: Managing a portfolio of listed companies, supporting their needs and building strong relationships Promoting equity and debt listings on Euronext, engaging with clients, investment banks, brokers and law firms Acting as a key contact for companies considering an IPO, explaining why to go public and why Euronext is the preferred choice Leading and participating in cross-border initiatives and events, such as seminars and capital-raising activities Contributing to the team’s strategic goals and supporting knowledge sharing and training Your profile: Minimum three years’ experience in equity or capital markets, ideally from a corporate finance or brokerage background Higher education in finance, economics or law Fluent in Norwegian and English Strong relationship builder, outgoing and proactive, with a high level of integrity and subject-matter confidence Motivated by responsibility, client interaction and driving initiatives forward Start date: As soon as possible Application deadline: 16 June Location: Tollbugata 2, Oslo Børs CV language: English Join a company where market infrastructure is built on innovation — and where every innovation starts with a bold mind asking, “What’s next?”.
