Key Responsibilities:
- Remove staples, clips, and other fasteners from documents
- Number pages correctly
- Sort documents in order (alphabetical or numerical)
- Organize documents into complete sets and add attachments when needed
- Record important info (date, time, tracking numbers, etc.)
- Prepare documents for scanning or digital storage
- Keep files safe and return them to storage
- Ensure documents are correctly formatted and easy to read
- Check for errors in documents and make corrections as needed
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Trustworthy with sensitive information
- Strong attention to detail
- Punctual and dependable
- Good written and spoken English
- Basic math skills
- Ability to work quickly while staying accurate
- Able to work alone or as part of a team
- Can lift boxes up to 40 lbs.
