What are the responsibilities and job description for the Clerical Document Coordinator position at HRE Group?

We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented person to help organize and manage documents. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to get started in an office role and learn about handling important paperwork.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Remove staples, clips, and other fasteners from documents
  • Number pages correctly
  • Sort documents in order (alphabetical or numerical)
  • Organize documents into complete sets and add attachments when needed
  • Record important info (date, time, tracking numbers, etc.)
  • Prepare documents for scanning or digital storage
  • Keep files safe and return them to storage
  • Ensure documents are correctly formatted and easy to read
  • Check for errors in documents and make corrections as needed

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Trustworthy with sensitive information
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Punctual and dependable
  • Good written and spoken English
  • Basic math skills
  • Ability to work quickly while staying accurate
  • Able to work alone or as part of a team
  • Can lift boxes up to 40 lbs.

  • Full Time: Monday-Friday
  • Pay: $15.00-$17.00
  • Job Type: On-site
