Job Summary:
The associate lead will provide Department Lead support with the assigning of work tasks, coordinating of resources to maximize overhaul operations and providing leadership and training for associates on production floor.
Responsibilities: Oversee technicians in the proper handling of articles and proper use of technical data while disassembling, segregating, cleaning, reassembling, packing, and servicing. Monitor technicians in keeping their work areas clean and organized. Support in training and development of associates, motivating the team to achieve productivity targets and company goals. Coordinate resources and advise management of changes to production goals. Perform administrative tasks and assist in the performance evaluation process.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent, two years’ experience as technician or other production support role, strong technical knowledge of overhauling assemblies, excellent knowledge of HRD’s process and equipment functions. HRD Issued Repairman’s license or A&P license or obtain one within one year of promotion. Professional and effective communication skills must display a positive attitude. Good oral and written communication skills and able to lead and motivate others to meet deadlines.
Schedule: Monday - Friday 6:30am – 3:00pm
