Sales Specialist

Our client is growing, and we're looking for a driven self-starter ready to jumpstart their career? We're seeking an ambitious, values-driven Entry-Level Sales and Marketing Associate sales to take ownership of their territory and make an impact in our fast-paced B2B and e-commerce business.

The primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional service, promote products, and drive sales by engaging and supporting customers to increase our sales, brand visibility and marketing initiatives.

Position Type: Full-Time, M-F on-site with a company that offers growth and career development opportunities.

Pay: $45,000 annual base plus commission.

Responsibilities

· Generate leads and connect with potential customers via phone, email, and in-person.

· Meet or exceed sales targets while building and maintaining strong customer relationships.

· Learn products thoroughly and effectively communicate their value.

· Support marketing efforts, including product photos, online listings, promotions, and content.

· Create and maintain sales materials, pricing spreadsheets, and product listings.

· Ensure accurate product content on merchant sites (copy, images, dimensions, and specs).

· Gather feedback from retail partners and customer service to improve site content.

· Travel up to 25% for store visits, trade shows, and customer meetings.

· Base plus commission.

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or related field.

· Highly detail-oriented and able to work in a rapidly growing environment.

· Driven, organized, proactive, and dependable.

· Enthusiastic, hardworking personality with strong communication skills.

· A student mentality and a desire to grow

· Experience with hard goods, soft goods, seasonal, or outdoor living products is a plus.

· Proficient in MS Office (Excel and Access a plus).

· Strong organizational and analytical skills.

· Able to multi-task and meet deadlines independently or as part of a team.

· 1–2 years of B2B, Big Box, or e-commerce marketing experience is a plus.

Physical / Other Requirements

· Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
