Job Description: We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Investor Relations Manager to lead our communication efforts with investors, analysts, and financial stakeholders. This role is responsible for articulating the company’s financial performance, strategy, and vision, while building strong relationships across the investment community.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the company’s investor relations strategy and messaging.
- Monitor market trends, peer performance, and investor sentiment to inform leadership.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for investor inquiries and analyst engagement.
- Collaborate with finance, legal, and communications teams to ensure accurate and compliant disclosures.
- Maintain and update investor relations content on the company website and other platforms.
- Support executive leadership in preparing for investor interactions and public speaking engagements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field (MBA or CFA preferred).
- 5 years of experience in investor relations, corporate finance, or equity research.
- Strong understanding of financial statements, valuation, and capital markets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to translate complex financial data into clear, compelling narratives.
- Experience working with public company reporting and SEC regulations.
