Part-Time Custodian (Apartment Community – Chamblee)
We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work and notices the details others miss. This role is at a newer apartment community in Chamblee, and your work will directly impact how residents experience the property every day.
This is a great fit for someone who likes a steady routine, works independently, and wants a role where you can come in, get your work done, and see the results right away.
Schedule
Thursday, Friday, and Saturday
7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
What You’ll Be Doing
- Keeping common areas clean and presentable (hallways, lobby, amenities, etc.)
- Handling routine cleaning tasks and light upkeep
- Noticing small issues before they become bigger problems
- Helping maintain a clean, welcoming environment for residents and guests
What We’re Looking For
- Someone dependable — you show up on time and follow through
- Takes pride in doing things the right way, not just the fast way
- Able to work independently without needing constant direction
- Previous cleaning or custodial experience is helpful, but not required
Background check required
Pay: $15.00 per hour
