Certifications: Often requires Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant,

Experience Cloud Consultant, and Certified Application/System Architect.

Technical Proficiency: Understanding of integration patterns (APIs, Event-driven architecture), Salesforce security models, and DevOps processes.

Experience: Typically requires 10 years of Salesforce implementation experience, with at least 3 & 5 years in an architect-level role.

Soft Skills: Strong ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences and provide mentorship to engineering teams.
